Weather Advisor – Service Discovery & Fault Tolerance
Spring Boot services with Eureka service discovery, a Resilience4j circuit breaker and Zipkin distributed tracing, started with Docker Compose.
What I did
- A Resilience4j circuit breaker keeps the system up when a dependent service fails.
- Added end-to-end tracing of inter-service requests with Zipkin.
- The whole system starts with a single Docker Compose command.
